  • Are Black Safari candles vegan?

Yep! None of our ingredients are derived from animals, nor are any harmed in the making of our candles. All ingredients are also sustainably sourced.

 

  • What are Black Safari candles made from?

Our candles are made from premium soy wax, cotton wicks and pure fragrances. To learn more about our ingredients, click here to visit our 'About Our Candles' page.

 

  • Where is Black Safari based?

All candles are hand-poured in Brisbane, Australia. 

 

  • How big are the 'small' candles?

Shipping FAQs:

  • How long does shipping take?

We try to ship items the same or next day as the order, and shipping will usually take 2-8 business days Australia wide, but we can't guarantee this. Once your order has been shipped, it's out of our hands.

 

  • How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is $10 for standard, or $15 for Express. You will automatically get free shipping when you purchase 3 or more candles.

 

  • Can I track my order?

Yes! When you get a shipping confirmation email, your tracking number will be on it and will direct you to the Australia post website to track your particular item.

 

  • Why does it say my item hasn't been scanned yet?

Not to worry! Sometimes it takes a little while for it to get updated. Be sure to check in later and reload the page to see where where your parcel is.

 

  • If my candle is broken when it turns up, will i get a replacement?

Yep! We will first need picture proof in case you just want freebies, but if your candle is broken, we will send you a replacement stat.
